We can only accept returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased on or official website Wornstar.com. For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item. Wornstar.com cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at Wornstar retail dealers. Wornstar retail dealers cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online at Wornstar.com or from any other online or third party Wornstar clothing resellers.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of the original delivery date. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping or by the recipient.
Items Not Eligible For Return:
If you have any questions about a Custom Shop item that you wish to order or are unclear if the item you wish to order is considered a custom item please contact us at customerservice@wornstar.com to ask any questions that you may have PRIOR to placing your order.
